The wearable sensor device includes one or more UV sensors, an ambient light sensor, one IR sensor, and the wearable sensor device is in communication with remote computing devices to communicate sensor data and to calculate, send, and receive recommendations regarding beneficial radiation exposure and safe UV and IR exposure at the wearable sensor device, or remote computing devices paired with or connected to the wearable sensor device.
