The present invention relates to a device for ultrasonic welding of at least two materials webs (2) comprising a processing sonotrode (3) excitable by ultrasonic vibration (1), a processing counter tool (4), and a material guide which is designed in such a way that the material web (2) is guided between the processing sonotrode (3) and the processing counter tool (4) and at which material guide a unit (9, 10) is provided for heating at least one material web (2) prior to welding. In order to provide an ultrasonic welding device (1) that avoids the listed disadvantages and still provides a high processing speed, the unit (9, 10) for preheating at least one material web (2) has according to the invention a preheating sonotrode (9) excitable by ultrasonic vibration. |
