The present invention relates to wind power generation and, more specifically, to a prefabricated portable wind power generator with a vertical shaft, having a structure suitable for outdoor activities, and a variable rotor structure for the same. According to the present invention, the wind power generator with a vertical shaft comprises: a power generation unit having a power generator; and a variable rotor structure which provides a rotational force to the power generator and has a twisted Savonius rotor unit rotated by wind power. The rotor unit has a plurality of unit rotors which are arranged on top of each other along a rotation shaft line. Each of the unit rotors is combined to allow relative rotation against other adjacent unit rotors by an external force.
