PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which can sufficiently alleviate an impact applied to a neck by sufficiently suppressing a backward inclination of a head of an occupant by making an upper body of the occupant sufficiently sink into a seatback at a rear collision of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A seatback pad 70 of a seat for a vehicle has such a form that left and right side parts 72 which oppose an upper body of an occupant are continuous to left and right both sides of a center part 71 which opposes an upper body back part of the occupant, and a hang-in groove 73 for making a skin material covering the seatback pad 70 hang therein is formed at a boundary portion between the center part 71 and the left and right side parts 72. A slot hole 74 is formed at a bottom of the hang-in groove 73, and in the seatback pad 70, hang-in parts for making the skin material hang into the hang-in groove 73 are formed at both sides in the gang-in groove 73 viewed from a front side with the slot hole 74 sandwiched therebetween. |
