<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device that creates an AC voltage in which the influence of a variation in a drive DC voltage has been suppressed.SOLUTION: A power source device includes a transformer T1, a voltage detection unit 107, a CPU 109, and drive circuits 103 and 104. The transformer T1 receives the application of a drive DC voltage 106 to create a developing AC high voltage having an amplitude according to the value of the voltage and the time of application. The voltage detection unit 107 detects the voltage value of the drive DC voltage 106. The CPU 109 creates, with the voltage value of the drive DC voltage 106 when the amplitude of the developing AC high voltage becomes a predetermined value in a predetermined time of application as a reference value, PWM signals 101 and 102 controlling the time of application according to the difference between the reference value and the voltage value detected by the voltage detection unit 107. The drive circuits 102 and 104 control the time of application of the drive DC voltage 106 to the transformer T1 according to the PWM signals 101 and 102 to control a variation in the amplitude of the developing AC high voltage.</p> |
