<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor consuming less power and a gas monitoring system using the gas sensor.SOLUTION: A gas sensor 30 includes: a first electrode 41; second electrodes 37a-37d that face the first electrode 41 across a space where air circulates; a sensitive film 38 that is provided on a surface of the first electrode 41 or second electrodes 37a-37d and absorbs gas to be detected which is included in the air; complementary semiconductor devices 34a-34d that use voltages of the second electrodes 37a-37d respectively as their input; and electrets 42a-42d that are arranged so as to be associated with the complementary semiconductor devices 34a-34d, respectively. For the electrets 42a-42d, the fixed charge amounts are different from each other. Those electrets 42a-42d make apparent threshold values of the complementary semiconductor devices 34a-34d different from each other.</p> |
