<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive double-sided adhesive sheet having excellent thermal conductivity, as well as repairability (reworkability) that allows easy peeling without adhesive residue, and drop impact resistance that prevents separation from an adherend even when dropped.SOLUTION: The thermal conductive double-sided adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer on each side of a base material. At least one adhesive layer is a thermal conductive particle-containing adhesive layer. The gel fraction is 60-90% in the thermal conductive particle-containing adhesive layer. With regard to D90 particle size (μm) of thermal conductive particles in the thermal conductive particle-containing adhesive layer and thickness (μm) of the thermal conductive particle-containing adhesive layer, the ratio (former/latter) is 0.2-1.1. The base material is preferably 2-100μm thick.</p> |
