PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a conductive film, capable of producing a conductive film excellent in conductivity by sufficiently removing a dispersant from a carbon nanotube-containing film containing carbon nanotubes and the dispersant.SOLUTION: The method of producing a conductive film includes: a washing process of washing a carbon nanotube-containing film containing carbon nanotubes and a dispersant with a solvent to remove a part of the dispersant from the carbon nanotube-containing film; and a decomposition process of subjecting the carbon nanotube-containing film passed through the washing process to at least one treatment selected from the group consisting of a plasma treatment, a UV treatment, and an ozone treatment, thereby decomposing at least a part of the dispersant remaining in the carbon nanotube-containing film.
