Provided are a method and device for reporting a received loss of signal alarm (RXLOS). The method of the present invention comprises: detecting a level value of an INTL pin outside of a QSFP+ optical module, wherein the INTL pin is configured to respond to a state of a received loss of signal alarm (RXLOS); according to the level value, determining the state of the RXLOS; and reporting the state of the RXLOS. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that a system cannot normally and quickly report a state of an RXLOS of a QSFP+ optical module during Ethernet operation, thus achieving the effect of quickly capturing the change of state of the RXLOS of the QSFP+ optical module. |
