PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device of discharging a liquid which can solve a problem of generation of a satellite and a problem of accuracy of a landing position.SOLUTION: A discharge method of a liquid material is carried out by a discharge device, which can relatively move a workpiece and a discharge port and discharges the liquid material from the discharge port in a liquid droplet state. In the discharge method of the liquid material, a distance between the workpiece and the discharge port is a distance in which a distance between a workpiece surface and a lowermost end part of a liquid droplet at a moment of separating from the discharge port becomes zero, or the distance between the workpiece and the discharge port is a distance by which the liquid material flowing out from the discharge port is divided after landing on the workpiece and is a distance by which the liquid material is separated from the discharge port without moving the discharge port. A device carries out the method. |
