<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle connector in which the length in the fitting axis direction can be shortened, while having compatibility of connection for two types of plug connectors, the shape of the fitting portion of which is different from each other.SOLUTION: The contact portions of a plurality of receptacle contacts 14 in a receptacle contact array A and the contact portions of a plurality of receptacle contacts 15 in a receptacle contact array B are directed oppositely from each other. When a plug connector having a first fitting portion is fitted, a plurality of contact portions of the receptacle contact array A and a plurality of contact portions of the receptacle contact array B are connected with a plug connector having a first fitting portion, and when a plug connector having a second fitting portion is fitted, the plurality of contact portions of the receptacle contact array A are connected with a plug connector having a second fitting portion.</p> |
