Provided are an information display method and device in a service processing system. The information display method comprises: acquiring a service content which is currently displayed by a service processing system; judging whether the service content is pre-set important information; if the service content is the important information, acquiring a first display screen area which is recorded currently, corresponds to the line of sight of an operator and has a pre-set size; judging whether the first display screen area overlaps with a second display screen area where the service content is located; and if the first display screen area does not overlap with the second display screen area, generating summary information corresponding to the service content, and displaying the summary information in the first display screen area. In the solution, by judging the position of the line of sight of an operator, the important information is accurately delivered to the operator in time, thereby improving the processing efficiency and accuracy of an emergency linkage system. |
