A sheet body (30) is provided with a first sheet (40) and second sheet (60) through which infrared rays pass. The reverse surface of the first sheet (40) and the obverse surface of the second sheet (60) are disposed in opposition. An information code is provided to the obverse or reverse surface of the second sheet (60) by means of an infrared ray absorbing material. The reverse surface of the first sheet (40) and the obverse surface of the second sheet (60) are pasted together by means of an adhesive agent having high infrared ray transmittance. A design is provided to the obverse surface of the first sheet (40) by means of an infrared ray transmitting material that is visible when irradiated with visible light rays.
