Provided herein are novel anti-LING01 antibodies and antibody drug conjugates (ADC), including derivatives thereof, and methods of using the same for the treatment, diagnosis or prophylaxis of cancer and any recurrence or metastasis thereof. Selected embodiments of the invention provide for the use of such anti-LING01 antibodies or antibody drug conjugates for the treatment of cancer comprising reduction in tumorigenic cell frequency. |
