Provided are a compact, highly-efficient and highly-safe distribution board, a power conditioner, and an oil-filled transformer. The distribution board is an integrated distribution board comprising: a power conditioner that has an oil-filled transformer in which insulating oil is sealed, an inverter that comprises a main element, and cooling fins to which the main element is provided, and that converts direct current power from sunlight into alternating current power; a high-voltage circuit breaker; and a relay. The cooling fins are provided to the container wall surface of the oil-filled transformer so that one part of said cooling fins comes into contact with the insulating oil. The main element is provided to a part of the cooling fins that is exposed from the container wall surface. |
