<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a one-stop pack of a battery pack, in which a post-process after mounting circuit board surface components of a protective circuit process is combined with the existing battery pack process, to improve an overlapped process of a battery back preparing process and the protective circuit process according to the process combination and the simplification of the protective circuit process, thereby significantly reducing the number of process input persons, and the method comprises: a first step of, when a received circuit board is transmitted to an inspection device which is the protective circuit process, inspecting, by the inspection device inspects the received circuit board, and then transmitting the inspection-completed circuit board to a component mounting device; a second step of mounting, by the component mounting device, components on the surface of the circuit board, and then transmitting the component-mounted circuit board to a component mounting inspecting device; and a third step of inspecting, by the component mounting inspecting device, the component-mounted circuit board, and then transmitting the inspection-completed circuit board to a cartridge jig including a side guide cutting unit, an automatic soldering unit, a bonding liquid applying unit, and a bonding hardening unit, which is a battery pack main process.</p> |
