摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nanofiber, in which a nanofiber generation unit is reduced in size to achieve mass production.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a nanofiber comprises: providing a spinning nozzle for spinning a high polymer material having a supermolecular array; applying a high voltage between a metal ball and an opening of the spinning nozzle; providing a high-speed airflow injection nozzle so as to be perpendicular to a channel from the metal ball to the opening of the spinning nozzle; and changing a course of a nanofiber spun from the spinning nozzle by a high-speed airflow from the high-speed airflow injection nozzle to scatter the nanofiber toward a nanofiber collection part. In a nanofiber generation unit, the metal ball is reduced in diameter around just before the metal ball is not discharged, or the material does not become a droplet or a liquid particle, the high-voltage is reduced, a distance between the metal ball and the opening of the spinning nozzle is reduced, the high-voltage is reduced, and a plurality of units including the metal ball and the spinning nozzle are placed in parallel. The nanofibers scattered from the spinning nozzles of the plurality of units are aggregated and collected at a collection surface of the nanofiber collection part.
