This mask is provided with a mask body and an ear hooks connected to the mask body. The mask body has a flat part extending in a prescribed first direction and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a pleat formed on the flat part and extending in the first direction, and end regions at the ends in the first direction. The ear hooks include a connecting part and a ring-form part. The connecting part is sheet-form and connects to the end region while extending rectangularly across substantially the entire end region in the second direction. The ring-form part, sheet-form and formed integrally with the connecting part, forms an ear hanging space together with the connecting part, and further has a gap-suppressing mechanism which, when the mask is worn, suppresses the gap between the connecting part and the mask wearer's face. This gap suppressing mechanism is configured to include a rectangular extending part extending in the second direction and configured by the connection part of the ear hooks. |
