<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine which can prevent deterioration of sound vibration characteristics when a case accommodating a rotor is mounted to an external component. <P>SOLUTION: A rotating electric machine 1 includes: a rotor 32 which has a pair of rotor blocks 34A and 34B axially divided at a rotor division portion 33 and disposed at different angles in the rotating direction; a case 10 accommodating the rotor 32; a case mounting face 12 rotatably supporting one end of a rotor shaft 31 and used for mounting the case 10 to an external component; and a shaft support face 13 rotatably supporting the other end of the rotor shaft 31. The rotor division portion 33 is installed at a position where a rotor axial dimension Ls1 from a rotor end face 34Aa on the side of the case mounting face 12 to the rotor division portion 33 is larger than a rotor axial dimension Ls2 from a rotor end face 34Ba on the side of the shaft support face 13 to the rotor division portion 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
