<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPC substrate for a strain gauge including an extendable part to be extended along the surface of an elastic body. <P>SOLUTION: In an FPC substrate 20 for a strain gauge which is configured by laminating a wiring conductor pattern 22 on an insulating film 21 and is used for mutually connecting strain gauges 14, 14 formed on the surface of an elastic body 11 of a load cell 10, a curved/bent part 33 curved/bent in a width direction is flatly formed on a band-like connection part 32 for mutually connecting gauge connection parts 30 with gauge connection terminals 31 on the FPC substrate 20, and the curved/bent part 33 configures an extendable part to be extended following deformation of the elastic body 11 caused by load. To arrange the FPC substrate 20 on the elastic body 11, the FPC substrate 20 may be simply arranged on a predetermined position on the surface of the elastic body 11. As to the FPC substrate 20 arranged on the elastic body 11, the curved/bent part 33 is not projected to the upper part and side part of the surface of the elastic body 11, and when assembling or conveying a load cell 10, a part of the FPC substrate 20 does not interfere with other members and operation can be facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
