<p>The invention relates to a valve for metering a medium, in particular a fluid, comprising a valve housing (11) having a metering opening, a valve element controlling the metering opening, a piezo-electric actuator (16) for actuating the valve element that can be electrically controlled, the actuator being gimbal-mounted on the valve element side and the valve housing side respectively. The valve further comprises a hydraulic coupler (27) having a piston (29), which is mounted axially slidable and non-rotatable in a piston guide (28), and an electrical connection guided to the actuator (16) for the control thereof, said electrical connection having a contact element (25) on the actuator side and a contact element (26) on the housing side which contacts said actuator-side contact element.
