<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of part items, and to reduce a dimension of a device in the height direction, in a diaphragm pump. <P>SOLUTION: Since a crank table 4 is rotated by the drive of a motor 3 and a vibrator 8 of a drive body 6 vertically moves, a pump chamber 30 is expanded and contracted. When the pump chamber 30 is expanded, air is sucked from a suction port 2a, and the sucked air passes each port of a diaphragm holder 10 and a diaphragm 15 and sucked into the pump chamber 30 via a third communication groove 28.
