<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member, which attains conductivity required to a conductive member by adding a small amount of an ionic conducting agent, which is improved in bleeding without depending on use conditions or use environment, and which can be controlled to an appropriate hardness. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive member has at least a conductive layer on a conductive support. The conductive layer contains a polymeric ionic conducting agent; and the polymeric ionic conducting agent includes any of units expressed by formula (1), formula (2) and formula (3).
