摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly sensitive quantifying method and an enzyme sensor used for the method by improving the conventional method for quantifying a metal protoporphyrin complex containing hem. <P>SOLUTION: The method for quantifying the metal protoporphyrin complex comprises the use of, as a fluorescent dye, a hydrophilic fluorescent dye whose fluorescent wavelength overlaps with the absorption wavelength of the metal protoporphyrin complex and the enzyme sensor used for it in the method for quantifying a metal protoporphyrin complex using hem oxygenase fluorescence-labeled by a fluorescent dye. It is desirable that the hem oxygenase is a hem oxygenase in which the eighteenth residue of rat hem oxygenase is mutated to cysteine and, into the same position, a hydrophilic fluorescent dye with the fluorescence wavelength which overlaps with the absorption wavelength of the metal protoporphyrin complex is introduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
