<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device of a conveyance device allowing shortening of a time required for a set-up change for replacing a chuck claw and an easy set-up change work. <P>SOLUTION: This chuck device includes a chuck body 2 installed in the conveyance device, and a set-up change unit 3 detachably mounted on the front of the chuck body 2 in a perpendicular direction in relation to a front of the chuck body 2. The chuck body 2 includes a plurality of claw driving members 16 which are mutually arranged side by side in a circumference direction on the front and each of which is movable in the radial direction, and a chuck opening/closing driving mechanism 17 for moving each claw driving member 16 by interlocking the claw driving members 16 with each other in the radial direction. The set-up change unit 3 includes a plurality of chuck claws 6 which are installed movably in the radial direction and to which the movement of each claw driving member 16 is transmitted. Each claw driving member 16 and each chuck claw 6 are freely engaged/disengaged with/from each other by means of a projecting or recessed engaging section 16a in relation to the front of the chuck body 2 and a recessed or projecting engaging section 6a in relation to the front. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
