A treatment instrument for endoscope (1) that is used with an endoscope, including: an operation wire (22) and a power-supply wire (25) that arranged inside a flexible insertion part (12) which is capable of being inserted into a treatment instrument channel of the endoscope, and the power-supply wire (25) is capable of moving relatively with the operation wire (22) in a state where an outer peripheral surface of the power-supply wire (25) capable of contacting the operation wire (22), and outer peripheral surface conditions of the operation wire (22) and the power-supply wire (25) are mutually different.
