The present invention relates to a method to form a tire rim for a heavy vehicle, and an agricultural machine comprising: a step of expanding a lower end of a material by lowering an upper mold after the material in the form of a circular pipe is vertically inserted into an upper part of a lower mold; a step of reducing a center of the material as a primary forming roller is in pressure contact with an outer circumferential surface of the material rotating with upper and lower molds; a step of reducing the upper part of the material as a secondary forming roller is in pressure contact with the outer circumferential surface of the upper part of the material; a step of cold forging the upper end of the material as the secondary forming roller is in pressure contact with the upper end and the outer circumferential surface of the upper part of the material; and a step of reducing an entire outer circumferential surface of the material while vertically moving after the secondary forming roller is in pressure contact with the outer circumferential surface of the material. The present invention has an effect of domestically producing a tire wheel for a heavy vehicle and an agricultural machine which was entirely imported due to excessive initial investment costs by easily and conveniently forming a tire rim for a heavy vehicle; and an agricultural machine which requires production of a small quantity of batches by a greatly simplified facility, and a simplified process when compared with a conventional press and roll bending method. |
