<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the simultaneous torque skip of a second headstock and a guide base. <P>SOLUTION: A numerical controller is provided with a second headstock interpolation processing section 23 which outputs a driving command of the second headstock to a second headstock servocontrol section, a guide base interpolation processing section 24 which outputs the driving command of the guide base to a guide base servocontrol section based on an input target position, a detecting section 11 which detects the driving torqueτ2 of a servo driving shaft of the second headstock, and a torque determining section 5 which compares the driving torqueτ2 and a torque limit valueτ1 in the case that the execution of simultaneous torque skip motion is instructed through a processing program and instructs the drive stop of the second headstock to the second headstock interpolation processing section 23 in the case that the driving torqueτ2 reaches the torque limit valueτ1. The guide base interpolation processing section 24 sets a present position of the guide base as a moving target position of the guide base in the case that the torque determining section 5 detects that the driving torqueτ2 has reached the torque limit valueτ1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
