<p>The present invention relates to a half-nut combining device having a shock buffering structure of an injection molding unit, wherein a half-nut can be simultaneously coupled and released, and a shock buffering means is prepared, so shock can be relieved when a half-nut is coupled or canceled. The half-nut combining device comprises: a half-nut including first and second division nuts while being coupled with both upper and lower sides of a moving plate; and a bidirectional operation cylinder fixed and disposed in one side of the half-nut, and enabling a combining operation of the half-nut. The bidirectional operation cylinder comprises: first and second bodies independently operated; a piston rod withdrawn from the first body, and connected to operate a first division nut of the half-nut; a piston rod connected to a moving member movable while being withdrawn from the second body; and a connection bar having one side combined to the moving member, penetrating through the first division nut to be slid, combined with a second division nut, and moving the second division nut while the first division unit is fixed when the moving member is moved by the piston rod withdrawn from the second body. Accordingly, the half-nut can simultaneously combine a tie bar by means of operation of the bidirectional operation cylinder.</p> |
