<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide branched-chain amino acid contained conprehensive nutritious food which has no bitter taste of branched-chain amino acid, excels in preservation stability for a long period of time and handling, contains other nutrient components in addition to branched-chain amino acid, and can be continuously taken in. <P>SOLUTION: The branched-chain amino acid contained conprehensive nutritious food contains starch, fat, lipid, sucrose as well as three branched-chain amino acids including isoleucines, leucines and valines. The branched-chain amino acid contained cosolidated nutritious food of a baked confectionery form, contains the branched-chain amino acid of 2.0-4.5 g/100 kcal and further contains 0.60 to 1.13 pts.mass of the suclose to 1 pt.mass of the branched-chain amino acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
