<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton whose heights of at least four corners can be made substantially uniform. <P>SOLUTION: The carton includes a first top/bottom face 10, a first side face 30, a second top/bottom face 20 and a second side face 40 connected in this order in one direction in one carton blank 1, and a joint allowance 60 extended from the first top/bottom face 10 or the second side face 40 to join the first top/bottom face 10 and the second side face 40 to each other. Both ends of the first side face 30 are provided with first inside flaps 521 extended in the same widths as the first side face 30, and both ends of the second side face 40 are provided with second inside flaps 522 extended in the same widths as the second side face 40.
