<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an internal combustion engine, preferably cooling and warming up a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a bypass passage 240 that directly connects a water pump 10 with a cylinder head 1b.
