The present invention relates to a thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A including an uneven cushioning body (10), an uneven hypocaust unit lower plate (20), a shock absorbing ring (30), and an uneven hypocaust unit upper plate (40). The thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A comprises the steps of: manufacturing the uneven cushioning body (10) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, epoxy, rubber, silicone, and sponges foam in a mold, wherein the uneven cushioning body (10) has a plurality of uneven grooves (12); manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit lower plate (20) wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (21) protrudes upwards from a top of a rectangular plate part having a predetermined thickness; manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit upper plate (40) wherein a plurality of insertion posts (41) is formed downwards on a bottom of the rectangular plate part; and manufacturing the shock absorbing ring (30) having a predetermined thickness and an outer and an inner diameter. |
