The present invention provides a tape measure unwinding device including a hollow cylindrical bobbin around which a tape measure is wound; a middle supporter inserted into a hollow portion of the bobbin to be able to rotate; a first spring wound around the middle supporter and having a first end fixated to the middle supporter and a second end fixated to the hollow cylindrical bobbin; a case including the hollow portion receiving the bobbin to be able to rotate and a discharge port enabling the tape measure to be unwound from the bobbin; a locking disc having a locking protrusion engaged with a corresponding locking protrusion formed on the bottom surface of the middle supporter; a rotary disc capable of rotating the locking disc by being coupled to the locking disc outside of the case; and a grip joined to the rotary disc to fixate the rotary disc to the case to be separated. |
