<p>An escape door/window hinge positioning structure includes a pair of dual link rods and a pair of slide rails 2 which are respectively fixed to upper and lower crossbeams of a door/window frame (fig 5A, part 3). The dual link rod has five linked rods, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. A first 21 and second slide block 22 are provided and slide on the slide rails 2. The first link rod 15 is pivotally connected with the second slide block 22 on a slide rail 2. One side of the slide block is provided with a resilient positioning member 6. The resilient positioning member 6 may be a spring 61 and a steel ball 62 received in an accommodation hole 221. One side of the slide rail has an engaging hole 24 corresponding in position to resilient positioning member. When the dual link rod is folded, the resilient positioning member engages with the engaging hole. The arrangement prevents the door/window being opened by wind and enables a user to open the door/window easily/quickly.</p> |
