<p>The invention provides a prediction method which can predict chromatic aberration caused by variation in thickness of a film by means of simulating films formed by coating with variation in coating weight. A control device implements Step S3 to solve the amount of colored particles contained in a predetermined area of a film formed by coating with a standard coating weight, i is set to be a natural number in the range of 1 to n, and Step S4 and Step S6 are implemented repeatedly for n times, wherein in Step S4, the ith amount of polychrome colored particles contained in a predetermined area of a film formed b coating with the ith coating weight is solved, in Step S5, image data of the film to which the ith coating weight corresponds to is generated, and in Step S6, the average RGB value of images of films to which the ith coating weight corresponds is calculated and converted into an L*a*b* value, and in addition, the control device implements a fifth step S8, the n groups of L*a*b* values are used to calculate chromatic aberration between film images to which all coating weight correspond and a film image to which the standard coating weight corresponds.</p> |
