<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that prevents deposits falling from an inner wall surface of a cleaning case from adhering on a cleaning member, and to provide an image forming device including the cleaning device. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a first cleaning member for removing deposits on the surface of a body to be cleaned, and a cleaning case for housing the first cleaning member.
