<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head of which cost can be reduced by increasing the number of channel formation substrates to be taken and to provide a liquid jet device and a manufacturing method of the liquid jet head. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jet head includes a channel formation substrate 10 in which a pressure generation chamber communicating with each of multiple nozzle openings is formed, a nozzle plate 20 having nozzles 21 and being fixed to the channel formation substrate, and a case member 30 housing the channel formation substrate. In the case member, a first recess 31 in which the channel formation substrate is housed and a second recess 32 opposed to the pressure generation chamber of the channel formation substrate and sealed by the nozzle plate to configure a liquid storage section common to each pressure generation chamber are formed. An adhesive introduction hole 35 communicating with a clearance between the channel formation substrate thus housed and the side surface of the first recess is also formed and the joint of the clearance to the second recess is buried by an adhesive introduced from the adhesive introduction hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
