<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) mechanism which, while suppressing hunting of an EGR valve, can suppress the continuation of a state where an opening degree of the EGR valve is divergent from a target opening degree. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control device sets a target opening degree Et of an EGR valve based on an engine operating state (S12) and when a degree of divergence between an opening degree Er of the EGR valve and the target opening degree Et is within a dead zone width H (S16: YES), the electronic control device maintains the opening degree of the EGR valve (S15). When pressure in an intake air passage is stabilized (S17 and S19: YES) although the degree of divergence is within the dead zone width H (S16: YES), the electronic control device cancels maintenance of the opening degree of the EGR valve and changes the opening degree of the EGR valve to the target opening degree Et (S21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
