<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method that can prevent welding defects such as crack, sink or the like as first purpose and can expand a tolerance for a target as second purpose. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser welding, two rod-type members 1 to be joined are overlapped, and a valley part with a branched tip is provided.
