The present invention relates to newly-developed sweetener formulations and to a production process thereof. The present invention more particularly relates to a sweetener formulation, having improved content uniformity, solubility and dissolution rate and not raising the glycemic index, as well as to a production process of the same. The formulation comprises mogroside as a high-density sweetener and at least one disintegrant. |
