The present invention relates to a composition for promoting hair growth or preventing hair loss, and more particularly, to a composition which shows excellent stability to a skin, has no side effects, promotes hair growth, delays hair loss and therefore, exhibits excellent effects of promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. The composition of the present invention contains a material belonging to a ceramidase inhibitor, a glycol, a lower alcohol of C1-C5 and water and therefore, is safe, shows no side effects, is allowed for a long-term and consistent use, remarkably promotes hair growth and accordingly has excellent hair growth and hair loss prevention effects and in addition thereto, shows an inflammation diminishing effect. |
