The present specification discloses a user view point associated image processing apparatus and a using method thereof, wherein the apparatus comprises: a sensor unit sensing a change of a user view point to generate motion data; a communication interface unit receiving an image package including image data from a media server; a scene constructing unit arranging a virtual camera in a virtual space and constructing a scene with respect to the image data using the image package; and a virtual camera posture changing unit changing the posture of the virtual camera arranged to respond to the change of the user view point.
