摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an operational structure of an exhaust heat recovery device with an embedded valve actuator wherein the valve actuator is inserted into the exhaust heat recovery device and, more specifically, to an operational structure of an exhaust heat recovery device with an embedded valve actuator characterized by including the valve actuator inserted into a heat exchanger and including a piston vertically moving when wax sealed up inside is expanded or shrunk according to a temperature of cooling water; a guide unit having one side wherein the end of the piston is inserted to be movable and the other side wherein one end of a rod is inserted to be slid; a displacement transmission medium moving according to the vertical movement of the piston; a link unit connected to a rotary shaft of a bypass valve and the road and converting the sliding movement of the rod into the rotation of the rotary shaft of the bypass valve; and an elasticity restoring unit operating the rod or the rotary shaft of the bypass vale by applying an elasticity restoring force to insert the road into the guide unit or to close the bypass vale. The present invention is capable of reducing production cost and weight of the exhaust heat recovery device by reducing the overall size of the exhaust heat recovery device and simplifying the operation structure of the exhaust heat recovery device.</p>
