Disclosed are a crystal oscillator combined with an integrated circuit device, which includes a crystal vibration piece package which is sealed by receiving a crystal vibration piece in an inner cavity, a first terminal part which includes four terminals formed on four edges of the bottom of the crystal vibration piece package, a substrate which is in contact with the first terminal part and is composed of one layer, and the integrated circuit device which is mounted on the substrate in a region surrounded by four terminals of the first terminal part.
