<p>The present invention relates to a pouch having a spout and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the pollution of an exit can be prevented by burying the spout with a sealed fore-end part in the exit part of the pouch to realize a doubly packing structure, and simultaneously a consumer can eat or drink a product as the consumer can confirm the initial filling state of the product during shipment to the naked eye. The pouch having a spout according to the present invention comprises: a main body of the pouch having a main body sealing part formed by overlapping a flexible laminated film and thermally welding an outer circumference part, and having an accommodation space for accommodating a content inside the main body sealing part, which is a bag body having an exit part protruding from one side; and a spout buried in the exit part of the main body of the pouch and having a lower end part sealed by being thermally welded together with the junction film of the laminated film, wherein the fore-end part of the spout is arranged inside the exit part of the main body of the pouch.</p> |
