PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble detecting device using an inexpensive detection capacitor.SOLUTION: The detection capacitor used in the air bubble detecting device is a coiled capacitor body 10 comprising: a tubular body 1 made of electric insulating resin having a flange-like terminal block 1a in the center; a first coiled electrode 2 and a second coiled electrode 4 that are mutually independent and wound respectively on both sides of the flange-like terminal block 1a in the lengthwise direction of the tubular body 1; and a first terminal pin Pand a second terminal pin Pembedded in the flange-like terminal block 1a.
