<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to adequately save an arrangement of icons displayed on a launcher screen. <P>SOLUTION: A device (smart phone e.g.) 1 includes a touch screen display 2, and a controller 10 which allows the touch screen display to display a launcher screen in which applications are grasp at a glance and icons respectively associated with applications are displayed.
