<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity detector which allows the structure of a capacitive element to produce displacement with high linearity for the input of a physical quantity. <P>SOLUTION: A physical quantity detector comprises a physical quantity detecting element which has a structure producing displacement in response to a physical quantity and allows the capacitance to vary in response to the displacement of the structure, an electric charge supply circuit which supplies a certain amount of electric charges to the physical quantity detecting element, and an output circuit which outputs a signal corresponding to the capacitance of the physical quantity detecting element after the supply of the electric charges from the electric charge supply circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
