<p>[Problem] To provide a measurement device that is capable of obtaining a high-precision measurement from a data converter. [Solution] This measurement device (1) is used for an AD converter (2), which includes a comparator for comparing a voltage or a current that is generated by combining multiple physical quantities with an input voltage (Vi), and is equipped with: an input voltage generation unit (11) that generates the input voltage (Vi), the voltage level of which changing linearly; and a measurement/computation unit (12) that takes in digital values (Vo) output from the AD converter (2), sequentially selects each of multiple pairs of digital values (Vo) that correspond to the presence/absence of the respective physical quantities at a time as a pair to be computed, computes respective differential voltages in the input voltage pairs that correspond to the pairs to be computed, and computes an estimated value (second estimated value) of the input voltage (Vi) that corresponds to the digital values (Vo) on the basis of a result of statistical processing of said differential voltages.</p> |
